You’ll be supporting the Store Manager at our HURSTVILLE store to lead your team and create a store experience that’s bursting with energy and imagination. It’s all about spreading the Smiggle magic and delivering exceptional service to customers, big and small! This PART TIME role of 25 hours requires availability over 4 days including weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays. Support the Store Manager in ensuring the store is safe, well-organised, and running smoothly. What You’ll Bring Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience. Passion for delivering excellent customer service and having fun with the team. Ability to inspire and coach your team to reach their potential. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage stock effectively.
