About the Role
Crewe Sharp is seeking a highly experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our Melbourne branch, overseeing an energetic and results-driven team, and managing key accounts across Melbourne. This is a pivotal leadership role that combines strategic business development with operational excellence, focused on delivering exceptional services within the aged care sector.

Key Responsibilities

Strategically drive business growth by managing existing key accounts and identifying new opportunities within the Aged Care sector.

Provide strong leadership and hands-on support to your team to ensure outstanding service delivery to clients and members.

Monitor and report on branch performance, ensuring targets, budgets, and timelines are met or exceeded.

Collaborate with the wider leadership team, contributing insights and strategic input to support organisational goals.

Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including recruitment, staff allocation, and compliance management.

Establish and nurture client relationships, including site visits to strengthen partnerships across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

About You
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in management and business development, particularly in the health care (optional) or labour hire industries. You will be a natural leader with a strong focus on relationship building and operational efficiency.

A minimum of two years in a management or leadership role, preferably within the Health Care or Labour Hire sectors.

Demonstrated success in account management and business development.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a drive to exceed expectations.

A thorough understanding of industry governance, including risk and compliance, is advantageous.

High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
