About the Role
We are seeking a full-time/part-time (four days), permanent Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, source, and interview candidates. You will work across a diverse range of permanent and temporary roles and industries.
One of the primary functions of this role is to devise innovative sourcing strategies, develop relationships with current and potential candidates, and build a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Duties
4. Screen resumes, reference check, and conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews
5. Take job briefs in Senior Consultants’ absence
6. Brief candidates for both temporary and permanent positions
7. Fill both temporary and permanent vacancies
8. Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
9. Use social media platforms and professional networks to connect with potential candidates
10. Devise candidate sourcing strategies
11. Advise on rates, salaries and relevant awards
12. Provide career advice, counselling and performance management
13. Write job advertising copy
14. Update and maintain talent pools
15. Forecast future employer hiring needs and perform regular analysis
16. Run candidate workshops
17. Implement strategies for continually improving the candidate's experience
18. Ad-hoc project work in relation to enhancing the candidate experience
Skills & Experience

21. Ability and desire to thrive in a corporate, fast-paced environment
22. Ability to think on your feet
23. Talent for juggling conflicting tasks and priorities
24. Previous experience within the recruitment / human resources industry/have recently graduated within a HR related discipline
25. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
26. Strong intuition to make honest and accurate assessments of candidate suitability
27. A strong work ethic and a wish to develop your career further
