Job Description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with their daily living activities, providing medication reminders, and engaging in companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with eating, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, laundry, and other household chores
* Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed range-of-motion exercises
* Offer dementia care and engage in companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles
Requirements
* Must be 18 years of age
* Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
* Driver's license with current comprehensive insurance
* First Aid and CPR Certificate
* National Police Check
* Certified Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged, or Disability Care
* NDIS clearance
* NDIS Workers Screening Card and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
* 100 points of Identification
* Right to work in Australia
