Facilities Management Career
You will play a critical role in maintaining and upholding the highest standards of facilities management. This involves ensuring that buildings meet legal requirements and health and safety standards.
* Manage contract delivery across all aspects of the Services Agreement, guaranteeing adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Monitor and measure Contract Performance, promoting continuous improvement through KPI assessments, customer surveys, and sub-contractor interviews.
* Develop scopes of works and contract documentation for Service Contracts under procurement procedures.
* Plan and program prescribed maintenance, services, and activities in line with tendered obligations.
* Effectively manage subcontractors and suppliers to deliver services according to contract requirements and system specifications in a timely and cost-effective manner.
* Prepare and obtain approvals for Client works, including variations and additional works under the contract and client's procurement procedures.
* Provide technical and management services to clients as needed.
* Ensure risk assessments and/or job hazard analysis are completed for contract work tasks, managing contractors according to the contractor management program.

Requirements
* Proven ability in working within an integrated services model, delivering Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, and Financial Management Services.
* Strong demonstrated experience in managing large-scale maintenance activities.
* Experience in collaborative contracting and relationship building.
* Extensive subcontractor procurement and management experience.
* Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills.
* Ability to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible approach to problems and opportunities.
* Trade background or equivalent experience.
* Engineering Certificate/ Associate Diploma highly regarded.
