* Sourcing and Organising Materials: Sourcing materials for servicing, repair, and maintenance of plant and equipment.
* Maintaining Accurate Records: Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of workshop activities and materials sourced.
* Effective Scheduling: Scheduling workshop activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
* Certificate in Administration: A Certificate in Administration, fleet management, or a related field is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated Experience: Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service is essential.
* Interpersonal Skills: Proven sound interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
* Communication Skills: Proven well-developed communication skills both written and verbal.
