We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Professional to join our expanding People & Culture team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Senior People & Culture Advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
You will work closely with executives, leaders, and employees across all facets of HR, providing timely and strategic advice and support. This includes recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification with a minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience. They will possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to provide tailored HR advice at all levels.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert human resources support across various functions
* Administering and optimizing HR information systems (HRIS) and learning management systems (LMS)
* Managing complex employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters
* Ensuring compliance with HR policies, workplace health and safety regulations, and workers' compensation processes
