Systems Administration Role
As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of corporate and client-facing technology infrastructure and platforms. This includes third-level support, assisting technology teams in designing and deploying high-performing technical solutions, and performing scheduled maintenance tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise
We are seeking an individual with extensive knowledge and experience in technology support and administration, including:
* Azure Cloud Platform Services
* Microsoft 365 Platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online)
* Microsoft Power Platform
* Windows servers (including Hyper-V), server and storage infrastructure
* Entra ID and Active Directory
* Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI)
Desirable Capabilities:
* Experience with hybrid cloud/on-premises environments
* Knowledge of networking concepts and support requirements, including SD-WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi
* Understanding of Linux server administration

* Customer service focus with the drive to resolve issues and enhance services
