We're looking for a Account Manager at Lightspeed. You'll join our APAC Hospitality Sales team, responsible for managing inbound sales for hospitality venues in the APAC market. Your role will involve working closely with merchants to build rapport, understand their objectives, and ensure they receive the best solutions to meet their goals.
What you'll be doing:
* Act as a trusted Account Manager to customers interested in Lightspeed offerings, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that add value.
* Build trust and rapport, demonstrating active listening to support upselling and maximize account growth.
* Guide customers through their upgrade paths from basic to advanced platforms.
* Demonstrate software solutions, from POS products to modules and upgrades.
* Responsible for reactive upselling from inbound sales and expanding monthly recurring revenue.

* Building strong retailer advocacy and increasing hospitality owners' empathy and understanding across the company.
* Contributing to organizational objectives, even beyond your immediate role.
What you need to bring:
You will join a supportive, collaborative team that celebrates both team and individual success.
* Experience in account management, sales development, or similar roles with sales quotas.
* Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
* Proficiency with Salesforce.com and other pipeline management tools.
* Entrepreneurial approach; working smarter, not harder.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
