What Your Day Could Look Like
As an Administration Officer, you'll help an allied health team deliver safe, timely transition care for older people. From coordinating referrals to keeping clinicians one step ahead, you'll ensure the right information and resources are in the right hands—so care stays connected.

* Streamlining referrals and records so clients start services sooner and clinicians stay informed.
* Keeping our service moving by managing procurement and invoices with accuracy.
* Turning activity data into clear monthly reports that guide planning and improvement.
* Building trusted relationships with clients, families and providers to resolve issues early.

Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role
* 'C' class driver licence and ability to meet PPE mask fit requirements.
* Proven admin expertise: prioritising workloads, solving problems and working with limited supervision.
* Confident communicator who builds rapport with diverse clients and a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong digital skills and the agility to learn new systems quickly; health or community setting experience welcomed.
You'll stand out with experience in aged care, rehabilitation or community services, and/or leading quality or data‐driven improvements.
