Our client is a well-established WA business specialising in insurance repairs, commercial refurbishment and shopfitting. They are currently seeking a reliable and organised Office Manager to support their growing team.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys administration, payroll and supporting day-to-day office operations in a small team environment.
What you will be doing
Our client is now seeking an Office Manager to join their business on a permanent basis. They work Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm – 30 minute lunch break approximately a 40 hour work week. The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to the following duties:
General office administration and coordination
* Processing weekly payroll for 30+ employees
* Assisting with onboarding and employee paperwork
* Maintaining employee records and timesheets
* Supporting managers with day-to-day administration
* Assisting with HR and compliance documentation
* Data entry and maintaining organised systems
What you will need
* Previous administration and/or payroll experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and payroll systems
* Reliable, adaptable and willing to support across different areas of the business
* Confident communicator with a positive attitude
* Experience using Xero, Employment Hero or similar payroll systems (Highly Desirable)
* Experience within construction, trades or a small business environment (Highly Desirable)
