We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Specialist to join our Contract Services team within Group Legal & Risk, supporting our Land Lease Communities business.
This role is critical to ensuring the contracting process is managed efficiently, effectively, and compliantly — supporting registrations, sales, and settlements while delivering a great experience for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end contracting process, including:
* Preparing and lodging plans and registrations
* Drafting, executing, and managing contracts and associated documentation
* Supporting smooth settlements by:
o Preparing settlement statements
o Working across systems such as PEXA
o Maintaining accurate records and contract documentation
o Supporting reporting and ongoing contract management activities
o Staying up to date with compliance requirements and participating in regular training
About You Experience & Skills That Count
* Licensed Conveyancer or Lawyer (preferred)
* Knowledge of real estate development and titles office registration requirements (preferred)
* Experience with PEXA, DocuSign, SharePoint, and Salesforce (desirable)
* Strong understanding of contract management and transaction processing
* Ability to manage compliance and risk across contract workflows
