We are seeking an exceptional State Manager – QLD to drive growth, lead major projects, and shape our client's market presence in Queensland's booming transport infrastructure sector. Your Role
As our client's State Manager QLD, you will:
* Own and grow the transport market segment, including roads, rail, ports, and aviation.
* Build and strengthen high-level relationships with government agencies, councils, and private operators.
* Lead market strategy, positioning the business as an innovator and trusted advisor.
* Drive business development and lead compelling bid strategies.
* Provide technical oversight on major transport projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
* Mentor and grow a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
* Manage P&L for the transport market, delivering sustainable growth.
About You
* Senior Engineering Leader with years' experience in transport infrastructure.
* Proven track record in market growth, client engagement, and project delivery.
* Chartered status (or equivalent) highly regarded.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the courage to challenge norms and inspire innovation.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and commercial acumen.
