Job Title:
A Senior Operations Manager is required to lead the day-to-day management of facilities and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, maintain, implement or improve electrical and mechanical equipment, facilities, components or systems for data center operations by ensuring all aspects meet industry-leading O&M methodologies and technologies standards.
* Conduct a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment including implementing design concepts into efficient plant layouts.
* Collaborate with customers, engineers and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects aligning with company goals.
* Provide organizational leadership and technical oversight to facility operations and maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.
Requirements:
* BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
* Proven experience in facilities management and operations
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong communication and leadership skills
