BCA Concepts Pty Ltd is one of South Australia's leading certification businesses, recognised for our professionalism, industry expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. We're currently looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.
About the role:
In this wide-ranging role, you'll support the smooth day to day running of the business, working closely with our director and team to keep projects moving efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up project job folders and maintaining accurate records
- Updating and maintaining our jobs board
- Sending off and following up on engineering referrals
- Preparing and sending fee proposals
- Lodging applications on the PlanSA portal
- Issuing invoices on Xero and following up on overdue accounts
- Organising travel plans for interstate inspections
- Answering phones and handling client enquiries
About you:
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, with great attention to detail
- Confident in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- A clear communicator with excellent phone manner
- Comfortable using Xero, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software (experience with is an advantage)
- A team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach
Previous experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded, though not essential. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn above all else.
