Event Coordinator and Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing various school events, including awards nights, Anzac Day commemorations, graduation ceremonies, open days, study tours, and enrolment information sessions.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Coordinate the planning and execution of all school events, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
o Develop and maintain a proactive and consistent online presence, promoting the school through social media and other digital channels.
o Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff and external clients to ensure the success of school marketing and events.
o Assist in the development of promotional materials, including marketing strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in event coordination and marketing, preferably in an education setting.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
* Excellent writing and design skills, with the ability to create engaging content and visual materials.
