Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate jobs, ensuring efficient workflow.
* Communicate with field technicians, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on track.
* Use job management systems to update and monitor job progress.
* Order materials, raise purchase orders, and manage variations as required.
* Maintain workshop organisation and clean for effective day to day operations.
* Adapt to changing priorities and follow jobs through from start to finish.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* A solid understanding of the construction industry and project workflows.
* Ability to work flexibly and adjust plans as needed.
