The Role: You’ll be the driving force behind day-to-day retail property operations, including: Processing invoices & reconciling accounts (MRI) Managing arrears, issuing breach notices & following up payments Responding to tenant queries and preparing reconciliations Raising ad hoc charges (water, extended trade, recoverables) Supporting casual leasing and retail marketing activity Drafting tenant communications, reports & internal documents Maintaining compliance records, incident logs & WHS reporting The Candidate: Administration experience within retail property (shopping centres, retail precincts or property management) Confident communicator with strong attention to detail Highly organised, able to juggle competing priorities Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Experience with MRI is a plus, but training provided This is your chance to grow your career in a property business that values learning, initiative, and teamwork.
