About This Role
* Deliver subdivision projects from planning through construction and completion.
* Manage consultants, contractors, councils, and service authorities.
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, approvals, and compliance requirements.
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
* Manage tenders, contracts, risks, and variations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
* 4+ years' experience as a Project Manager delivering civil construction projects.
* Subdivision experience desirable.
* Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
