About This Role
- Deliver subdivision projects from planning through construction and completion.
- Manage consultants, contractors, councils, and service authorities.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Manage tenders, contracts, risks, and variations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years' experience as a Project Manager delivering civil construction projects.
- Subdivision experience desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
