Main Responsibilities
* Define Project Parameters: Clearly outline project objectives, assess client needs, and create comprehensive project plans.
* Foster Client Empowerment: Deliver engaging training sessions, provide valuable resources, and offer continuous support.
* Tailor Solutions: Personalise Humanforce's WFM platform to align with client-specific requirements.
* Thorough Testing: Validate functionality and ensure seamless integration through rigorous testing processes.
* Collaborative Integration: Partner with IT teams to seamlessly integrate Humanforce with client systems.
* Technical Support: Promptly address technical issues and provide ongoing assistance to clients.
* Cultivate Client Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with clients while actively gathering and evaluating their feedback.
* Document and Report Progress: Maintain detailed documentation and generate insightful progress reports for stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* WFM / Payroll / HCM Expertise: Proven experience in Workforce Management (WFM), Payroll, or Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
* Passionate Problem Solver: Energised by complex challenges and adept at untangling complexities.
* Excel Proficiency: Advanced expertise in data analysis and manipulation within Microsoft Excel.
* API Knowledge: Hands-on experience with APIs, including integration and troubleshooting.
* Effective Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with clients.
* Project Management Acumen: Familiarity with diverse project management methodologies.
* Client-Centric Approach: A dedicated focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
