Our dedicated team of Speech Pathologists play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing life-changing support that improves independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing.
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Speech Pathologists who enjoy working in diverse settings, including clinic environments and community-based programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload based on negotiated hours and deliver timely therapeutic services
* Early Years (0-5) – Provide home-based early intervention and parent coaching services focusing on speech sounds, early language, feeding, and school readiness
* School-aged children (5-18) – Conduct assessments and implement interventions for literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
* Adults – Provide functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management services for individuals with acquired brain injury rehabilitation, neurodegenerative diseases, and stroke
* Offer neuro-affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population across all age groups
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
* Experience in leading and supporting others
* A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team environment
* A strong desire to make a meaningful difference in the community
* Experience delivering services under the NDIS framework
