Postdoctoral Researcher Fellow
We are seeking a talented Postdoctoral Researcher Fellow to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge research in the fields of chemistry, materials science, and chemical engineering. The ARC Centre of Excellence for Green Electrochemical Transformation of Carbon Dioxide aims to drive innovations in carbon dioxide electrochemistry, enabling the conversion of CO2 into valuable products and supporting Australia's transition to a carbon-neutral economy.
This role will involve combining experimental and computational approaches to develop industry-ready CO2 utilisation technologies. It will foster international collaboration, positioning itself as a hub for research, training, and strategic advice, helping to accelerate Australia's net-zero emissions goals while fostering a sustainable economy and creating future jobs.
About the Opportunity
* A PhD in a relevant field (chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering) with relevant post-graduate experience, or a combination of education, training, and professional experience.
* Strong proficiency in a range of chemical laboratory techniques, including nanoparticle synthesis, characterisation, and solid-state materials synthesis and analysis.
* Demonstrated ability to take on a leadership role, collaborating with students, colleagues, supervisors, and funding bodies to drive research forward.
