We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Manager in Manchester. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our storage facility and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Renting of storage rooms and merchandise sales
* Advising customers on site, over the phone, online and via email
* Supporting existing customers with queries and issues
* General administrative activities and contract management
Requirements
* Retail/commercial work experience (e.g. consultative sales or customer service)
* Able to advise and convince customers
* Ability to work alone and in a team
