**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**:
This position has been established to support in a broad range of HR initiatives within the customer focused HR Services team. Our HR Services team respond to initial HR enquiries, provide day to day HR advice to Managers, process contracts, manage employee onboarding, support the annual salary reviews and support Human Resource Business Partners with key initiatives within the business. In addition to playing a key HR customer service role, this role will be collaborating with our team implementing new technology to support our growing business. Understand the capabilities of our new technology. Investigate process improvements to support the needs of our business. Champion the implementation of this technology and support others to embrace it. This role reports to the HR Services and Governance Lead.
**Key responsibilities for this role include**:
- Champion the implementation of the new technology and provide support to key players who are introduced to the project.
- Conduct HR administration process such as contract creation.
- Provide policies and day to day HR advice to the business.
- Actively input into continuous process improvement.
- Create and deliver the monthly HR reporting analysts.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar.
- At least ** years experience in HR.
- Interest or experience in business analytics.
- Process improvement experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to interact and influence across all organisational levels.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
