Sign Maker Role:
This hands-on production role requires the ability to turn raw materials into standout signage, with crisp, clean installations.
* Own the production floor, cutting, laminating, weeding, guillotining, applying vinyl, and other tasks as required.
* Vehicle wraps and installs, including decals and full wraps across various vehicles.
* Support and perform on-site signage installations, working alongside experienced installers or independently as needed.
* Collaborate with designers to turn artwork into wow-worthy signage.
* Problem solve like a pro, troubleshooting on the fly and keeping projects moving.
* Maintain tools, workspace, and quality standards.
Key Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in signage production and installation.
* Comfortable working on-site and liaising with clients directly.
* Driver's license is mandatory.
* EWP, Working at Heights, and White Card certifications are essential.
* Familiarity with Avery, 3M, and Arlon materials.
* Welding and light fabrication experience desirable for structural signage work.
