**The Business**
Global business services Co. with Australian head offices located in Sth East Melbourne, are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join their growing team.
As a People & Culture Administrator, you'll be responsible for nurturing a high-performing, collaborative, and cutting-edge workplace in collaboration with the P&C; team.
**Your day to day will look like;**
- Assisting with onboarding, offboarding, communication, remuneration, benefits, payroll support, and contract management
- Collaborating with managers to update and maintain accurate position descriptions and organizational charts. Supporting HR projects and initiatives, aligning them with the overarching P&C; strategy
- Providing administrative support for learning and development activities Coordinating programs for staff recognition and rewards
- Facilitating change management and promoting a positive workplace culture Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement joint initiatives
**About you;**
- HR Professional certification or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes, policies, and procedures
- Skilled in communication, change management, and teamwork
- Autonomy and collaboration in diverse teams
- Familiarity with Fair Work Legislation and National standards
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proven multitasking ability
