Production Supervision Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day workshop operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality workmanship and a safe working environment.
About the Job
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating workshop staff, schedules and production activities. This includes monitoring progress to ensure timelines, quality standards and safety protocols are met.

* Support workforce planning, training and performance development
* Maintain accurate documentation including job records and safety reports
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a mechanical, manufacturing, fabrication or heavy industry environment
* Relevant trade qualification and OR experience
* Strong understanding of workshop operations and production planning
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team
* A strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement
