Concrete Batch Operator
Heidelberg Materials is seeking a skilled and motivated Concrete Batch Operator to join our team in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the operation of a concrete batch plant
* Operate a front-end loader (FEL)
* Interact with customers, take orders, and schedule deliveries
* Work collaboratively with a high-performing team to deliver positive outcomes
* Demonstrate a commitment to safety and show coaching and mentoring potential
* Ensure products meet strict quality requirements
* Monitor plant and equipment, schedule maintenance, and conduct tasks as required
* Manage maintenance and production tasks, including manual handling
