Job Description
This role is responsible for leading the implementation of strategic enterprise change across an organisation. The Change Manager will work with the Change Management Team to drive the execution of activities required to deliver this change.
The successful candidate will lead change work in large, complex programs and across several smaller projects simultaneously. Their focus will be on enabling positive change, enhancing employee engagement and aligning transformation efforts with the organisation's strategic goals.
* Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of change management activities
* Collaborate with stakeholders and fellow Change Managers to ensure change activities are integrated and coordinated
* Identify business impacts and develop targeted change plans
* Define adoption metrics and monitor progress
* Lead change readiness assessments and implement strategies to build resilience
