About the Role
As the Deputy, key delegated responsibilities include leading the prep cohort and progressing the Early Years Reading Inquiry. You will work in a large, highly motivated leadership team dedicated to being precise and inspirational. Your leadership will play a vital role in improving student outcomes, enhancing the quality of teaching and learning, and fostering positive relationships among students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders, helping to create an environment that promotes collaboration, professional growth, and success for all.
Your Responsibilities
As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Deputise for the Principal when required.
* Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
* Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
* Set high standards for student and staff performance.
