The Role
* Work to best practice and the service standard protocols of BMSA and our customers
* Diagnose, identify and troubleshoot wheel damage
* Ensure that every wheel is inspected and complies with BMSA QMS after each process stage of repair
* Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed
About You – Essential
* Appropriate trade qualifications or experience in welding/heavy fabrication
* Current Forklift Licence (LF) or ability to obtain one
* Fit and able to carry out manual labour requirements
* Solid commitment to safety of yourself and others
* Punctual, reliable and a team player with a can‐do attitude
* Current work rights in Australia
About You – Preferred
* Additional qualifications or certificates in submerged arc welding, handling hazardous materials, painting, borer operation, drill operation, grit blasting, etc.
* Valid driver's licence (HR preferred)
