The Business This organisation is a leading marketing brand with offices in 8 countries, specialising in obesity and rare blood disorders, and marketing products to over 170 countries.
The Role Reporting to the Marketing Director and the VP of Marketing, you will; Drive the creation and implementation of consumer engagement strategies to achieve business goals, using market analysis, audience insights, and competitive intelligence to uncover growth opportunities and optimise campaign performance.
Work closely with the marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall brand direction, adapting global concepts and messaging for local relevance and consistency.
Oversee delivery of paid media initiatives, website content, and campaign communications to boost awareness and engagement through integrated online and offline activities.
Experience Strong experience in consumer marketing.
FMCG experience would be highly regarded.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to be an advisor to the business.
Ability to plan and deliver on campaigns end-to-end.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage constant moving parts.
In return, this role will offer up to $85ph + super starting immediately.
