Our client is a well-established accounting firm looking for an experienced Client Manager to play a key role in their next phase of growth.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a Partner, take ownership of client relationships, and be part of building something locally. This is a role with a clear and genuine pathway to Partnership as the office grows.
The Opportunity
This is a highly client-facing role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients while supporting and mentoring a small team.
You'll be involved in:
* Managing and growing your own client portfolio
* Building strong, long-term client relationships
* Reviewing work and providing guidance to junior team members
* Delivering tax and business advisory services
* Identifying opportunities to add value and support client growth
* Working closely with the Partner on strategy and business development
The role blends hands-on technical work with leadership, making it ideal for someone ready to step up or already operating at Manager level.
About You
You're someone who enjoys working closely with clients and takes pride in delivering high-quality advice and service.
* 5+ years' experience in public practice
* Strong technical skills across tax, compliance, CGT, GST, FBT & Div 7A
* Experience reviewing work and mentoring others
* Keen to progress your career toward leadership/partnership
