Are you a people-person with a knack for organisation and a strong work ethic? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
This frontline role is the link between our valued customers and our skilled workshop team. You will greet customers, understand their needs, explain the work to be done in a clear and friendly way, and ensure every job is costed accurately and completed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their needs; communicate repair work clearly and accurately
- Explain vehicle issues and recommended repairs in a way that customers can understand
- Ensure accurate job costing and timely completion of work
- Coordinate with the workshop team to maintain smooth operation and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with clients
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine ability to relate to people and build trust quickly
- Mechanical knowledge or a willingness to learn so you can confidently explain vehicle issues and repairs
- Strong administration and time management skills, including accurate job costing
- A team player who takes pride in their work and keeps things running smoothly
- A current driver’s license (manual preferred)
