Technical Support Graduate Engineer Opportunity
This role is for a skilled Technical Support Graduate Engineer who will be responsible for assisting the Asset Management team in ensuring that Murray Irrigation's asset portfolio meets company objectives.
The ideal candidate will have Engineering Qualifications, such as Mechanical, Civil, Reliability, or similar, and a strong willingness to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review physical assets' performance, risks, and expenditures to achieve company objectives.
* Assess mechanical asset condition and future requirements.
* Develop innovative solutions to minimize risk and reduce asset lifecycle costs.
* Design efficient maintenance strategies and methodologies.
* Support internal services through maintenance, capital works programs, and landholder-funded works processes.
* Provide onsite technical support and advice to Water Delivery teams as required.
What You Need to Succeed:
* Engineering qualifications with a focus on reliability engineering, mechanical engineering or similar.
* Excellent communication skills, including negotiation skills, for dealing with customers and staff.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
