About the Role
In this senior corporate lawyer role, you will provide timely and high-quality legal advice and governance services across the organization. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring operations are compliant with legislation and conducted within best practice standards.
You will work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure sound legal practices, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include advising on, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, providing practical legal and governance advice to business leaders, identifying legal and governance risks, and recommending mitigations.
Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Admission as a solicitor in an Australian State or Territory with a current Practising Certificate
- A minimum of four years post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law
- Demonstrated capability in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents
