We are opening the door for passionate individuals to register their interest in joining our craft and footwear teams at our Salisbury workshop.
You do not need experience or a trade background. What we value most is pride in your work, curiosity, and the desire to learn a craft that lasts a lifetime.
Our craftspeople operate machinery and hand tools to bring products to life. They inspect and finish leather goods to the highest standards, work together to meet production goals, and keep the workshop safe, organised and running smoothly.
Full training is provided and the skills you learn here will stay with you forever.
**What We Are Looking For**
People from all backgrounds who show up and take pride in doing things well. Individuals with excellent attention to detail who love working with their hands, are reliable, positive and ready to learn.
They thrive in a team environment and have a strong willingness to develop new skills.
Experience in manufacturing is welcome but absolutely not essential.
