Job Description
The Fixed Asset Lead will be accountable for planned and reactive maintenance across Aus Fuels depots and customer sites along with the supply chain, inventory and stock levels of the lubricants we supply.
Depots
* Ensure depot assets are operated and maintained safely and in accordance with operating guidelines and legislative requirements.
* Through team of depot managers ensure Safe & Sustainable day to day dept operations including the delivery of depot maintenance & assurance plans
* Manage Site Costs: oversee planned / reactive depot works, deliver capital plan across assets.
Customer
* Plan and deliver preventative maintenance plan for company assets on customer sites using in house and 3rd party resources.
* Accountable for the safe deployment and maintenance of company asset across a range of customer sites.
* Provide support for sales team to develop asset strategies to support sales growth including the preparation of assets for deployment to customer sites
* Manage asset Services costs in alignment with customer recoveries
Lubricants
* Accountable for the management of Lubricants supply chain and Inventory across all locations
* Working with suppliers manage end to end Lubricants supply chain
* Ensure depot Lubricants stocks are managed in alignment with target stock holdings.
Measurements of Success
* Successful mitigation of HSSE risks associated with asset operation
* Management of Asset services budgets in alignment with plan
* Support Fuels and Lubes Sales targets
* Management Lubes stocks in alignment with target stock levels
Travel Expectations
* There will be a requirement to travel as part of this role.
* Considering the nature of the role travel there may be a combination of planned and reactive travel
* Travel will include driving in remote areas

Qualifications
* Understanding of safety and quality requirements for the storage and handling of fuels
* Proven ability to troubleshoot fuel storage and handling operations and their ancillary systems such as power supply (electric, diesel, hydraulic), process control, water separation, fire protection and other site and supporting systems
* Experience in Fuel dispensing systems highly desirable
* Ability to focus on the customer experience when considering fuel transfer equipment, truck build, truck driving and ergonomics with respect to human-truck-depot operations
* Experience with site optimisation and continuous improvement methodologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
* Strong organisational and time management Skills
