IT Support Specialist

CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real‐estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. The role supports the delivery of the Domain Strategy by driving innovation and ensuring high‐quality software solutions.

Responsibilities
* Handles and triages service requests, resolves incidents, identifies problems and implements changes.
* Works collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams.
* Supports Windows OS devices and management.
* Supports Apple iOS and Android mobile devices.
* Manages IAM (Identity and Access Management) and SSO tools such as Entra ID, PingID, OneLogin, and Okta.
* Administers Google Workspace and Microsoft Exchange.
* Builds, maintains, and improves processes and procedures to enable best practices.
* Builds and grows internal relationships, drives deliverables and outcomes.
* Supports Windows Servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
* Supports VM environments.
* Lifts up to 25kg as required.
Basic Qualifications
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Great practical troubleshooting skills in hardware, applications, databases, networks, and a diverse array of technologies.
* Understanding of ITIL Principles.
* End‐to‐End Delivery Models (Agile).
* Experience with highly trafficked customer‐facing systems and/or environments.
* Experience working with Tech leads to optimise delivery practices and processes.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, SaaS.
* Strong familiarity with AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Files/Storage management.
* Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge (including VLANs).
* Basic understanding of ZTNA and MDMs.
* Ability to administer and support Windows Servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
* Experience working in cross‐functional teams (Product, Design, Tech).
Preferred Skills
* Degree or relevant certification in Information Technology (IT).
* 3‐5 years Service Desk experience.
* Experience working in Agile environments.
* Knowledge of Atlassian (Jira), Slack, Teams, Freshdesk, 3CX phone system.
* Competency with server and VM environments.
