About the Role
This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of tenancy operations at Osprey Village. You'll ensure compliance, maintain high occupancy, and create a positive experience for residents and stakeholders while building a vibrant village community.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of tenancy administration, including applications, bond lodgement/disposal, lease preparation, renewals, and terminations.
* Conduct property inspections and prepare accurate condition reports (ingoing and outgoing) in line with legislation.
* Operate and maintain the Property Management System, ensuring timely updates and accurate records.
* Oversee debtor management, including daily follow-ups and resolution of outstanding payments.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and a positive village community.
* Report maintenance requirements promptly and support marketing initiatives to retain residents and attract new tenants.

What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in property management or a similar role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of WHSEQ requirements and commitment to safety.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
* A positive attitude and demonstrated initiative.
