Empowerment Specialist

We work closely with our clients to identify their goals and aspirations, develop skills and job-readiness, and provide support throughout the interview and employment process. We also collaborate with prospective employers to ensure their needs for recruiting new team members are met.
The ideal candidate will be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting their application. This role requires compassion, tenacity, and a passion for promoting human potential through creative problem-solving and collaboration.
This is an on-site position that involves motivating and empowering clients to achieve meaningful employment. The successful candidate will embody our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination, and Thriving Together.
A Day in the Life
* Supporting clients in finding their own employment;
* BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL EMPLOYERS TO SOURCE JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR CLIENTS;
* PLACING CLIENTS INTO SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT LEADING TO OUTCOMES;
* ENSURING ALL ACTIVITY IS PROPERLY RECORDED, DOCUMENTED, AND ADHERES TO COMPLIANCE AND/OR CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS;
* PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TO OUR CLIENTS, EMPLOYERS, AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS AT EVERY STAGE OF THE PROCESS.
Key Qualifications
* Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
* Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
* Ability to liaise confidently with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
* Confident working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
* An overall desire to contribute to our broader organization, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive;
* Hold a current Driver's Licence.
