What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the first voice our customers hear. You will:

* Help people manage their accounts and answer everyday banking questions
* Work in a fast‐paced, team‐driven environment
* Use your product knowledge to recommend banking solutions that fit customer needs

Our Contact Centre operates Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturdays from 8:30am to 12:00pm. As part of our supportive and collaborative team, you'll work on a rotating roster that ensures great coverage for our customers. This includes starting at 8:00am and finishing at 6:00pm at least twice per week, with one of your rostered days being a Friday.
