Part-time role based in Forbes, working Wednesdays to Fridays, providing coverage across the Forbes, Parkes, Condobolin, and West Wyalong offices.

As a Mentor, you will play a vital role in empowering parents, promoting their growth, and connecting them with key resources

About you:
* Enjoy working with people and can build rapport to develop and maintain relationships
* Have an open mind and can deliver on participants' requests with professionalism and empathy
* Possess administration and computer skills
* Highly developed communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work within a team and autonomously
* You must hold, be enrolled in, or be willing to enrol in a Certificate lll or IV qualification in Community Services or Employment Services
