Castaway Coffee Bar is on the hunt for a reliable, energetic Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher to join our tight-knit crew If you love a fast-paced environment, good vibes, and being part of a team that actually has fun at work, this one's for you.
Position: Kitchen Hand / Dishy
Hours: Friday–Sunday (20–25 hours per week) — perfect for a student looking for consistent weekend work
Location: Surfers Paradise (under the Meriton)
What you'll be doing:
* Keeping our kitchen sparkling clean and organised
* Dishwashing (you'll become best friends with the dishwasher)
* Helping chefs with basic prep
* Supporting the team during busy morning rushes
* Maintaining hygiene + safety standards
* Being a legend behind the scenes
We're looking for someone who:
* Is reliable, punctual, and ready to work
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Has a positive attitude and good work ethic
* Works well with a small, friendly team
* Experience preferred but not required, we can train you
* Strong English skills
