We are currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in our busy and bustling Flagship store at KFC Indooroopilly, located in Brisbane, QLD. This is an amazing opportunity and is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant General Manager in creating an energetic and positive work environment for all Team Members. Key Criteria:
- Demonstrable managerial skills as Shift Leader or ARM
- You must have held your current role for 12 months or more
- Experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate Team Members
- Exceptional Customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Must have competent computer skills
- Energetic, resourceful and committed
- Extended opening hours availability is essential
