We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Receptionist/Accounts Administration Assistant to join our Company.
Must be available for immediate start.
Australian work rights or valid work visa are required for this position.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Reception duties
* Minimum 1-2 years of reception and administrative experience is required
* Telephone – answering, screening and directing calls
* Data entry into MYOB - invoicing & accounts payable/receivable
* General office duties including filing & scanning
* Assisting Finance & Administration department as required
You will need to have:
* Professional presentation & manner
* Experience in MYOB - Essential
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Good phone manner
* High attention to detail
* Punctual & Reliable
* Ability to multi task
* Ability to work autonomously and also follow directions.
