Our client is here for the long haul Operating with a reputation that is second to none for over 30 years, this is a team with extensive strata experience across Sydney's largest and most prestigious residential and commercial properties. With a team of friendly and trusted staff, and headed up by award winning industry leadership, this is an opportunity for a Senior Strata Manager to join a streamline team and work with some of Sydney's newest buildings

The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a team of highly trained, efficient and supportive staff with a proven track record. Delivering a unique style of service that focuses on accuracy and attention to detail, this is an opportunity for someone forward thinking and looking for their next challenge

* Manage a portfolio of predominantly new buildings
* Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
* Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
* Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
* Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
* Convene and conduct meetings
* Periodic inspections
* No Accounts & lots of administration support will be provided
The Candidate:
* Previous Experience in Strata Management
* A current Strata Certificate is needed
* BMC experience is highly regarded
* The ability to work towards goals
* Be willing to contribute to a progressive company
* Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
* Have a high level of computer skills
* The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
* Maturity, strong communication skills and team player
