An opportunity has arisen for an experienced
employment and workplace relations lawyer
to join a
leading national employment law and advisory practice
at the forefront of workplace change in Australia.
Reporting into the Legal Practitioner Director, this role sits at the centre of complex advisory, policy, and high-impact workplace matters.
You will work closely with senior practitioners on strategic, non-routine issues that shape how Australian workplaces operate - advising senior executives, influencing policy, and contributing to the development of employment legislation itself.
The Role
You will:
* Advise on
complex employment and workplace relations matters
* Provide strategic, high-level advice to clients ranging from ASX-listed organisations to operational teams
* Appear in courts and tribunals where required
* Contribute to
policy development and legislative reform
* Build trusted client relationships and support revenue growth
* Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to training initiatives

About You
* 5+ years' post-admission experience in
employment law / workplace relations
* Strong working knowledge of the WR legislative framework
* Confident advising at executive level
* Commercial, strategic, and solutions-focused
* Interested in influencing law and policy - not just responding to it
Remuneration
* Competitive and well above traditional firm averages, with guidance ranging from
$175k to $260k package
