The Maintenance role is a vital position within our team, focused on upholding the cleanliness and safety standards of the restaurant. This encompasses both internal and external areas, ensuring our establishment is always presented in its best light.
This involves maintaining equipment to guarantee optimal functionality and preventing potential hazards from arising. Regular checks and thorough cleanings are necessary to maintain the overall efficiency of our operations.
* Equipment Maintenance: Our maintenance staff will be responsible for regularly inspecting and servicing all equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure safe working conditions.
* Cleanliness Standards: The maintenance team must adhere to strict cleaning schedules, focusing on high-touch areas and frequently used spaces to minimize the spread of germs and diseases.
In addition to these duties, the maintenance team will also be tasked with maintaining the exterior of the restaurant, including the carpark, patio, and surrounding areas. This includes cleaning and organizing bins, gardens, curbs, signage, floors, tables, and chairs.
The back area of the restaurant, including the rubbish area and staff toilets, must also be meticulously cleaned and organized on a daily basis. High levels of attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, highly organized individuals with strong time management skills, well-presented, and friendly personalities are ideal candidates for this role.
