Responsibilities
As a Home and Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes and communities. This may include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, and social activities. Qualifications / Requirements
1. Must have a full Australian Drivers License
2. Must have a valid Police check
3. Must have a valid Working with Children check
4. Prior experience in home and community care is preferred
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
